Qualis Corporation Ranks Among Highest-Scoring Businesses On Inc. Magazine’s Annual List Of Best Workplaces For 2021

HUNTSVILLE, AL (May 12, 2021) – Qualis Corporation has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021, which will be featured in the May/June 2021 issue as a part of a prominent Inc.com feature.  The listing is set to release on May 18 and is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have created exceptional workplaces and company culture.

Collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. singled out honorees this year in 3 categories. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, a Nebraska-based  HR technology company that serves organizations through employee-engagement surveys, action-planning tools, exit surveys, peer-to-peer recognition, performance evaluations, goal tracking, and leadership assessment. The survey topics measured management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth. Company benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.
