Curtis Bahr (Qualis) received the Exceptional Public Service Medal at the Marshall Space Flight Center Director’s All Hands Awards Presentation on June 21st, 2006, in Morris Auditorium. Other recipients of this medal include those who assisted in the hurricane relief support from MSFC.

It was a tremendous pleasure to witness the wealth of knowledge displayed by the students at the Fort Walton Beach 2006 Regional Science Bowl. Qualis presented $1000 to the first place regional winner Fort Walton Beach High School (FWBHS) as well as $100 to each student who participated.

Qualis employee Pat Fulda received a Group Achievement Award for exceeding expectations leading the team to develop the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) required to test the Water Recovery System (WRS) and Oxygen Generation System (OGS). Development of the GSE to support the test was on a tight schedule. Francis Rawls, III received a Silver Snoopy award for his contributions to the Space Program. The “Silver Snoopy” award originated in 1968 to recognize individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the success of manned space flight missions. It is presented to individuals whose job performance is oriented to flight safety or mission success, and whose efforts are of such an outstanding nature as to distinguish them in their particular areresponsibility.

Qualis was nominated by Jacobs Sverdrup for the Regional Small Business Subcontractor of the Year award.  As a nominee Qualis for our outstanding contribution and service earned us the US Small Business Administrator’s “Award for Excellence”.  The certificate was awarded May 25, 2005.

Businesses providing innovative and creative support of families were honored April 12, 2005, at the 6th Annual Family Friendly Business Awards. Qualis Corporation won the local and state award for the category for organizations with 50 to 349 employees.
