Qualis University Courses


Qualis 101:  A course focused on Qualis business practices, philosophy and approach. Not only trains both new and incumbent employees on the “nuts and bolts” of our business systems such as timecards, benefits, leave, HR, etc., but also on the “Qualis way.” Begins to build esprit de corp and sense of connection.

PWS Alignment & Execution: A course focused on ensuring that everyone understands how to evaluate a PWS, how all task orders fit together, and ensures individual TO’s are appropriately aligned.  Will includes best practices for managing execution of tasks.

Employee Engagement: Provides task managers with effective tools for engaging all employees, improving communication, managing conflict, and managing/motivating employees.

Effective Mentoring and Coaching: Discusses approaches to help employees feel connected (not on an island), valued, and motivated.

Building Trust with Employees and Partners: Introduces components of trust and tools for enhancing this vital component of relationships

Building Strategic Consensus and Commitment:  Equips managers with tools to communicate goals, establish priorities, ensure appropriate tactics are undertaken in pursuit of goals, and increase likelihood of successful execution of corporate strategies.

Adaptive Approaches to Relationships: Learn how to recognize personality types and alter your behavior/approaches in order to more successfully build/manage relationships
