Lisa McNabb serves as Vice President of IT Operations and Facility Management at Qualis. She leads the design, implementation, and management of the company’s IT infrastructure and ensures secure, reliable systems that support strategic and operational goals. Her areas of responsibility include servers, workstations, network services, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and overall IT support. She also oversees IT policy development, budgeting, and vendor management.
In addition to IT, Ms. McNabb directs facilities planning and operations, including building maintenance, office moves, space planning, and coordination with property managers and vendors. She ensures all physical facilities are safe, efficient, and aligned with company needs.
Ms. McNabb joined Qualis in 2005 and brings over 20 years of experience in IT and facility management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business (Computer Information Systems) from the University of North Alabama.
