Rod Duke is the President and CEO of Qualis LLC, responsible for leading the company’s strategic direction, daily operations, and long-term growth. He oversees business development, infrastructure, and expansion initiatives—including mergers and acquisitions—positioning Qualis as a leader in defense and aerospace services.

Under his leadership, Qualis provides advanced modeling, simulation, and testing capabilities for next-generation missile defense and satellite communications systems. The company’s expertise in RF waveform simulation supports resilient communications and navigation in GPS-denied environments. At its Huntsville headquarters, Qualis operates a high-performance hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) computing lab and rapid prototyping.

Mr. Duke has over 40 years of experience supporting defense, intelligence, space and NATO missions. Prior executive roles include Chief Operating Officer at MCR Federal and Analytical Services Inc., and Vice President at BAE Systems.
