As Chief Financial Officer, Jeremy Mallicoat oversees corporate finance, accounting, project finance, and proposal pricing across Qualis. He brings more than 20 years of strategic business, financial leadership, and government contracting experience.
Before joining Qualis, Jeremy served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Agile Defense, where he led multiple post-merger integrations and streamlined accounting operations to drive cost savings and performance improvements. At Qualis, he plays a pivotal role in evaluating and integrating future acquisitions as the company accelerates its growth and M&A strategy in the national security and space sectors. He works closely with the executive leadership team to pursue and achieve strategic initiatives that support the company’s continued growth trajectory.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University.
