James Bruce serves as Vice President of NASA Programs at Qualis, where he leads teams supporting critical NASA Civil Space Programs and drives corporate growth strategies in the space sector. Since joining Qualis in 2006, he has held multiple technical and leadership roles at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), including Lead Logistics Engineer for the Ares Upper Stage, SLS Core Stage, and Integrated Logistics for the SLS Program. He has also represented the SLS Core Stage Chief Engineer during launch site processing.
Currently, Mr. Bruce serves as Deputy Systems Engineering and Integration Lead for RS-25 Engine support within the MSFC Liquid Engines Office. Prior to Qualis, he was Director of Safety and Personnel at Church Transportation and Logistics in Birmingham, AL.
Mr. Bruce earned a B.S. in Business Administration (Logistics) from Auburn University in 2003.
