Qualis Corporation is pleased to announce the promotion of Tom Hancock to Vice President of Warfighter Programs.   In this role, Tom supports very important national security related missile defense and space domain projects within the Qualis portfolio primarily for the US Space Force and world-wide combatant commands with focused support to the Joint Functional Component Command for Integrated Missile Defense (JFCC IMD).  Tom is a respected subject matter expert in defense policy, missile defense, and combatant command planning and operations having served as a joint staff officer at five different combatant commands during his 35-year Air Force career.  This included tours In ICBM operations, Missile Warning, Space Control, Special Technical Operations, Special Operations, and Missile Defense.  He served as the Chief of the Unified Space Vault during the combat operations of OEF and OIF providing operations support and protection to the National Reconnaissance Program.  A decade later, he deployed as the Senior U.S. Military Advisor to the Iraqi Minister of Defense in Baghdad, Iraq authoring the strategic framework agreement between Republic of Iraq and the United States and facilitating Foreign Military Sales of over $26B.  He culminated his career as the Director of Policy, Plans and Allied Integration (J5) and Director of Training and Exercises (J7) at JFCC IMD, leading the NIMBLE TITAN campaign of Missile Defense Experimentation with 26 partners and Allies and 3 international organizations and supporting the development and publication of the 2019 Missile Defense Review for the Department of Defense.
