Qualis Corporation Awarded Omnibus III Blanket Purchase Agreement
Huntsville, AL – The US Army Program Executive Office for Combat Support and Combat Service Support (PEO CS&CSS) awarded Qualis Corporation an Omnibus III Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) on February 12, 2009, indicating an increased partnership between the US Army and the technical services company.
Qualis Corporation, the prime contractor, is joined by teammates Analytical Services, Inc.; Guild Associates, LLC; Metters Industries; and Navigator Development Group. American Supplier Institute and Jacobs Technology are specialty subcontractors.
The BPA will support organizations within the U.S. Army’s TACOM Life Cycle Management Command by providing technical engineering services; mission oriented business integrated services; logistics support; and general purpose commercial information technology equipment, software, and services. The objective of this contract is to provide information and products necessary for timely and cost effective management of weapon systems and components through all acquisition milestones and phases, and throughout the life cycle of the program to include fielding, deployment, and disposal.

Work under this contract will be performed in Warren, MI and other TACOM LCMC locations. Qualis Corporation recently opened an office in Warren, MI to coordinate the work that will occur under this new contract.
