Headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, Qualis provides support at more than 15 locations nationwide, with deployments to support Warfighters in several OCONUS regions. Today, Qualis\u2019 nearly 300 employees provide critical technical and engineering support to the Air Force, Army, Navy, Missile Defense Agency, NASA, Space Development Agency, and Space and Missile Defense Command in the core areas of systems acquisition and engineering, test and evaluation, program management, logistics, and cybersecurity.<\/p>\n
Founders Elizabeth Morard and Mary Engel established Qualis in 1993 with several employees in the early years supporting NASA\u2019s Marshall Space Flight Center. From our early days at Marshall, Qualis has built upon our reputation for technical excellence, and today we deliver subject matter expertise across a multitude of defense and aerospace systems. Over thirty years, the foundation of our success has been built on our desire for technical excellence and exceeding customer expectations, and this will continue to support our growth as a company as we look to the future.<\/p>\n
\u201cAs I recall the past three decades, I am in awe of the Qualis Corporation team,\u201d said co-founder Elizabeth Morard. \u201cThe team navigated the nuances of federal contracting early in this journey, developed valued business relationships, earned accolades for work performed, continued to build a team of unique and talented individuals to not only bring value to customers, but also take on company growth challenges while improving and evolving our organization. Along the way, I have had the privilege of working with and learning from a host of talented colleagues, successful mission-driven customers, and local and national business partners to whom I am immensely grateful for their dedicated work, friendship and the opportunity of their partnership.\u201d Morard was the company\u2019s President and CEO for first 25 years, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board and Co-Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis company is where it is today because of the hard work and dedication of our employees,\u201d said Engel. \u201cI am very proud and would like to thank each one. Our employees contribute to the success of Qualis!\u201d Engel retired from her role as Executive Vice President in 2008 but remains involved in the company as co-owner and member of the Board of Directors.
