We can hire great new people and you can earn money.<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-double\" style=\"border-color:#e0dede;border-top-width:1px;border-bottom-width:1px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><style type=\"text\/css\"><\/style><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-one\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:31px;\"><h1 class=\"title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Employee Referral Policy<\/h1><div class=\"title-sep-container\"><div class=\"title-sep sep-double sep-solid\" style=\"border-color:#e0dede;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"transform:translate3d(0,0,0);\"><h3>Employee Eligibility<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Employee Referral Policy (ERP) is open to all regular full-time and part-time Qualis Corporation employees, with the exception employees in a Director Level position or above (Vice Presidents, Directors, Program Managers) and members of the Human Resources department.<\/li>\n<li>The referral award is applicable to all contract related positions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Eligibility<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The referring employee must be listed on the employment application.<\/li>\n<li>Temporary, summer, consultants, former employees, previously interviewed candidates, or candidates that had previous employment discussions with Qualis Corporation are not eligible candidates for referral awards.<\/li>\n<li>Qualis Corporation reserves the right not to pursue a referred candidate if employment of said candidate would constitute a conflict of interest with a customer, supplier, and\/or detrimental to the best interests of the Company.<\/li>\n<li>Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.<\/li>\n<li>All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with Qualis Corporations policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Referral Award Eligibility<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The referral date cannot be earlier than the date the job requisition is posted.<\/li>\n<li>To be eligible for an award, the referral must submit a Candidate Referral Form (Form # REF-003-0912) to Human Resources.<\/li>\n<li>The employee must also have the candidate to apply for the position online at http:\/\/www.qualis-corp.com\/careers.html, and the candidate must list the referrals name on the employment application.<\/li>\n<li>The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.<\/li>\n<li>The hiring of a referred employee must occur within 180 days of the initial referral date.<\/li>\n<li>The referring employee must still be employed by Qualis during the hired candidate&#8217;s first 180 days of employment in order to receive payment, and still be an active employee at the time of the award payout.<\/li>\n<li>Referring employees may not take part in the interview process.
