Qualis Corporation Names Keanna Nichols Director of Human Resources

Huntsville, Alabama, October 3, 2016 – Qualis Corporation announces the promotion of Ms. Keanna Nichols to Director of Human Resources, responsible for company-wide Human Resources (HR) services and support.
“Keanna has proven, effective experience managing HR support for Qualis Corporation,” says Rod Duke, President of Qualis. “Her commitment to Qualis employees, whether in Huntsville, across the United States, or OCONUS locations such as Alaska and Hawaii, has been proven time and again. Our employees in the field are continuously praising Keanna for her efforts. We are very pleased that Keanna has accepted this critical position.”
Ms. Nichols has more than 15 years’ experience as an HR professional. Prior to joining Qualis on February 10, 2004, she provided HR services for Goodyear Dunlop and Huntsville Utilities. Her Qualis responsibilities have included HR Assistant, Benefits Manager, and HR Manager. Ms Nichols graduated with a BS in Business Management with an emphasis in HR from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and serves on the Board for United Cerebral Palsy in Huntsville. Says Ms. Nichols about her promotion, “I have a responsibility to help balance the needs of the company, as well as assist in providing the best place to work for our Qualis employees. I look forward to working with both management and our personnel in more than just the benefits role in which I have worked the past few years.”
