Qualis employee Louis Coons received a NASA Group Achievement Honor Award for the Engineering Constellation Work Package Team for exemplary performance as a multi-discipline center-wide team in developing the engineering WBS support to the Constellation Exploration Launch Office. Inc. Magazine ranked Qualis Corporation No. 1967 on its first-ever Inc. 5,000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the country. The Inc. 5,000, an extension of Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 500 list, catches many businesses that are too big to grow at the pace required to make the Inc. 500, as well as a host of smaller firms.

Qualis Receives SBA Region IV Subcontractor of the Year Award
On May 15th, the Atlanta Small Business Administration (SBA) representative was here as well as the SBA representatives from NASA and the Army to present the SBA Administrator’s Award for Excellence and the Region IV Subcontractor of the Year Award.  To win this regional award, Qualis had to be the best subcontractor in an eight-state region!  Wow, we are very proud!

Qualis Corporation Awarded Robotics Contract by the US Army
In January, the US Army's Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) awarded Qualis the prime contract for training and program activities of the Robotic Systems Joint Project Office at Redstone Arsenal. The contract, with a value of $8M for the first year, focuses on acquisition, logistics, and repair of robotic systems being used in Iraq and Afghanistan. Jacobs is the major subcontractor.
