15th Anniversary Celebration at the Davidson Center for Space Exploration
Qualis Corporation hosted a 15th anniversary celebration Friday, June 13th for Huntsville employees at the Davidson Center for Space Exploration. Employees had a chance to enjoy the wonderful new Davidson Center museum during a social hour. Joining us for the social hour were representatives from several state legislative offices. Guests included Daniel Tidwell from Congressman Aderholt's office, Jim McCamy from Congressman Cramer's office, State Senator Parker Griffith and his wife Virginia, State Representative Howard Sanderford and his wife Dot, LaFreeda Jordan from Senator Shelby's office, and LIsa Montgomery from Senator Session's office. Representative Sanderford presented Elizabeth Morard with commendations from both Alabama Governor Bob Riley and the State House of Representatives.
Following the social hour, employees enjoyed a chicken buffet dinner--with two kinds of cake! Elizabeth Morard then spoke about the past, present, and future of Qualis. We also enjoyed a video presentation about the company's history, then Hank Pitts, a Qualis engineer, spoke about the exciting possibilities for the next generation of space program engineers.
We all had a wonderful evening celebrating this important Qualis milestone with our fellow employees.
