Qualis Corporation Awarded the 2005 SBA Administrator's Award for Excellence

Qualis was nominated by Jacobs Sverdrup for the Regional Small Business Subcontractor of the Year award.  As a nominee Qualis for our outstanding contribution and service earned us the US Small Business Administrator's "Award for Excellence".  The certificate was awarded May 25, 2005.  


Mr. Mitchell Morand is presenting the certificate to President and CEO, Elizabeth Morard and Executive Vice President, Mary Engel with Ron Belz and Randy Lycans of Jacobs Sverdrup.
