Contract Vehicles

Qualis Corporation has diverse contracts and subcontract vehicles.  Many of these are IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) type contract vehicles and are open to multiple federal government agencies provided the work requested under these vehicles meets the scope of the given contracts statement of work.  These contract vehicles are all task order type contract vehicles and each task order, especially if over $100,000, is required to be competed unless the customer has made a “sole source” determination as specified under FAR Part 16.

Professional Engineering Schedule
Qualis Corporations Professional Engineering Schedule was a competitive awarded schedule contract which has fixed labor rates and is available to all federal agencies. The fixed hourly rates have already been determined “fair and reasonable” by the Government, per FAR 8.4. A Professional Engineering Schedule GSA task order may flow directly from the government agency to Qualis Corporation. There is no need for the agency to publish an effort in the FedBizOpps; the agency can converse directly with the customer. This streamline approach must follow the agencies procedures which are referenced in FAR 8.4 in detail.
